Jørgen Skovmose Madsen is Head of Regulatory and Public Affairs for New Markets and EU in Danish renewable energy developer, Ørsted. He has worked in the energy sector for 10 years, mainly on regulatory frameworks for offshore wind deployment as well for other renewable energy technologies. Before entering the energy sector, he worked in the Danish Parliament and the European Parliament. Holds a master degree in political science from Aalborg University as well as a degree in international business from Copenhagen Business School.
