Dr Ingrid Kelling holds a PhD in sustainable and ethical aquaculture trade and has over 20 years’ experience building equity and inclusion into international seafood supply chains. She works with decision-makers and partners from industry, civil society and policy, building on the latest research, to co-create solutions that promote long-term positive change and wellbeing. Ingrid has previously worked at the European Parliament, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), WorldFish Center and Unilever ICF, and now holds several executive leadership industry positions.
