Edina Heal is a renowned business leader and philanthropist based in Hungary, with an extensive career in managing multinational companies, driving innovation, and promoting diversity. She is the founder and leader of the Equaliser Foundation, dedicated to promoting equal opportunities for women in the workplace.

Before founding the Equaliser Foundation, Edina served as the CEO of Google Hungary for eight years, where she showcased her passion for innovation and diversity. She also spent time managing recording business companies and artists, both in Hungary and the UK, and has extensive experience in content development and talent management. Edina started her career at leading multinational advertising companies, where she served blue-chip clients like L’Oréal, Unilever, Compaq Computer, Telco companies, and financial institutions as the client services director.

In addition to her professional achievements, Edina has established two foundations: Sláger Angel, which provides summer holidays for disadvantaged children, and Equaliser Foundation, which has more than 350 influential women leaders as volunteers working towards achieving equal opportunities for women at work. She serves on the advisory board of a charity providing free coding lessons for girls in Hungary and has been featured on the cover of Forbes magazine as one of Hungary's most influential women in business. Edina holds an MBA from the leading international business school, INSEAD, and is a mother of two kids. She currently resides in London and Budapest.
